The location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions, and the staff was quite friendly and attentive.

The art throughout the hotel was fantastic and I enjoyed

discovering different pieces, but the room felt a bit dated. While the breakfast had good variety, not everything seemed fresh each day. The welcoming staff made us feel at home, yet some areas could use a little sprucing up.

The room bore signs of neglect, with dusty ceilings and peeling wallpaper. The shower had a serious temperature control issue, swinging from scalding to freezing unexpectedly. Walls were paper thin, making it impossible to escape the sounds from the adjacent corridors. The air conditioning left much to be desired, failing to cool adequately during the heat. Additionally, the mini-fridge was empty, merely a prop without any beverages, which felt like a letdown for a supposedly upscale stay. The lack of proper maintenance was evident, from the broken shower door to mold in the corners. Other hotel amenities like a bar or laundry service were unfortunately absent, which added to the overall inconvenience.

Nice location near museums and the Duomo. The room was small and the shower drain didn't work well. I enjoyed the helpful staff and the bike tours offered to explore the city.

Had a lovely 3-night stay in a Single Room. The staff were super friendly and helped with taxis. The room was cozy, even if a bit small. The bathroom was nice, though! The location near the Duomo was perfect—less crowded than the main station. I enjoyed in-room breakfast but the WiFi kept logging me out, which was a hassle.

I stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the cozy feel of my Superior Double Room and the delicious breakfast with amazing cappuccinos. The wellness center had a chill sauna and a lovely hot tub to unwind in after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little update, but it didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay because the staff were super friendly and the location made it easy to walk to the Duomo and enjoy the stunning Boboli Gardens, which were just a bit over a mile away and perfect for a relaxing stroll a bit outside the city bustle. as a solo traveler, I appreciated how comfortable the room was for unwinding after a day of exploring, but the breakfast could be improved with more variety to match the lovely setting.
