I came here for 6 nights and had a perfect stay. Beautiful designed hotel, the idea of having superior double room was great. The food choices were appetising. I truly enjoyed the room with a large window looking over the cobbled streets. The property had a central location and it was extremely close to Bargello National Museum. This hotel was in a beautiful area so close to a fifteenth-century palace, Near enough to all attractions and Florence during a heat wave.

The breakfast spread here was amazing, offering a wide variety of tasty options! 🥐

The staff members were helpful, and my room was spacious, luxurious, with air conditioning, and a large window.

The breakfast is generous and diverse. The hidden gem is the wellness center, with a gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage area. The hotel also has a fully furnished apartment option.

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for 10 days and enjoyed every moment. The staff was warm, kind and helpful, especially the blonde bellman who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. We also loved that the stocked fridge was complimentary, a nice touch. Lastly, the Spa was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long shopping day in the city.

Our experience was somewhat soured by one front desk agent, who was rude and unprofessional at checkout. She refused to listen to us when we asked about the charges on our credit card, and seemed impatient and annoyed.
